Story: Shifter has metahuman shapeshifting powers and an amoeba-like body make-up. He is usually very light hearted on teh outside, those who know him realize that it is just an attempt to cover up his pain and real emotions. Shifters entire body is considered X1 body and X3 stun unless he specifically makes a long limb or non-vital appendage. Unlike normal insubstantial characters, Shifter's natural form is that of a liquid state.

I don't know much else about him other then that.  I do know that he kicked Bloodletters ass on one occasion and that means I would hate to go up against him in a dark alley.
